It doesnt do this all the time but the owner doesnt want to spend any money repairing it and has asked us to sell it for him. 4 x electric windows, remote central locking, 16 inch standard equipment alloys, abs, pas etc as you would expect from a high spec car. It is in good general condition, with only one small scuff on the rear arch. no longer justify having 2 cars in the family. This car is absolutely wonderful to drive, being quite happy strolling through town and also travelling up and down motorways effortlessly. The 180bhp engine makes this car a true "wolf in sheep`s clothing". When you have driven one you will understand why so many police forces use them. This example is nearly 9 years old and I am only the second registered keeper, I believe the first was a company man who did a lot of motorway miles. The car has a full Skoda history, recorded in the owners manual, although I do not have any of the receipts. The car passed the MOT in January with no advisorys. The car has many of the optional extras that weren`t fitted as standard and boasts half leather seats, climate control, electric windows all round, front and rear fog lamps as well as rear parking sensors, cruise control and roof rails. It has 17" Skoda Spider alloys instead of the standard 16s and it also has a set of removable sun blinds which are fitted to the rear windows and in the luggage area. Obvioiusly with age of the car there are a few car park bumps and knocks but the car is in good condition for its age. Also, the original stereo had been removed when I got the car and the one that was fitted has stopped working, so I have a unit in there only as a temporary measure (this will be left in the car) Please feel free to ask any questions, I`ll reply as soon as I can. The car also falls into a cheap insurance Band 5e. I use the car mainly to commute from Northumberland to Glasgow (my place of work) every 4 days. In my position I need my car at all times so anything that has needed to be done to the car has been. The car has service history for the services carried out at 18,000miles, 40,000miles, 60,00miles (Timing Belt replaced) and 70,000miles. The car has been privately owned and comes with two keys, all the expected handbooks, lots of receipts, previous MOT`s dating back to 2008. History (mileage) can be dated back throughout this car`s life via receipts and old MOT certificates for peace of mind. The car has a few minor scuff marks and scracthes but nothing out of the ordinary for a car this age. I`ve tried to capture most of the damage with the pictures displayed. I have literally just had the car MOT`d for 12 +1 months. The car came with some advisories which I have been advised is nothing to worry about they are: Nearside front (rack) power steering component has slight seepage from a component. I did at the small cost of £25 and had it fitted by a local garage rather than pay Skoda £300 for fitting. The second was the air mass metre, which can be picked up for less than £70 new. Skoda did advise that the light may need to be re-set once the breather pipe was fitted in order for the light to go off. I’ve had no problems with the car since the breather pipe has been fitted. The report will be included with all receipts. The steering wheel is worn.
